THE BEAT GOES ON
Led by two music therapists (Jo Culligan, ECCA and Trish Winter, Carilion) who both specialize in working with people experiencing dementia, we have an intergenerational community choir to help people get back to singing together in a group! Email joculligan@vt.edu to sign up or just SHOW UP to rehearsal! No audition required!
Rehearsals take place at 5:30pm in the Performance Hall at the CID (Creativity and Innovation District) on campus at Virginia Tech. Schedule below.

Rehearsals will include about 30 minutes of social time followed by about an hour of singing rehearsal. Setlist to include multi-genre songs that are songs about MUSIC! To get a sneak peek at our setlist, check out the playlist below on Spotify.
