Engaging Aging is our program for people 55+ who are concerned about and actively seeking to learn ways to improve their brain health. This program prioritizes learning practical strategies, practicing those strategies and making connections with others that share the same concerns for their brain health. We create opportunities for peers to come together in creative environment to explore how they could improve their daily life.
Who is this program for?

Program Offerings:
- Memory Masterclass: Memory Masterclass is a course for people 55+ who are interested in maximizing their brain health and want to learn strategies that can apply to daily life.
- Mahjong: Come play some friendly games of Mahjong every Tuesday from 1-2pm in the Wallace Atrium. We are currently playing Hong Kong mahjong and are learning more about the point system! A great way to train your brain/memory and meet new friends!
- Open Gym: Get together to practice different brain games in an open, supportive and mellow environment.
