My brain and heart are really important to me. I don’t know why I wouldn’t seek to have those be as healthy as my teeth.

Engaging Aging is our program for people 55+ who are concerned about and actively seeking to learn ways to improve their brain health. This program prioritizes learning practical strategies, practicing those strategies, and making connections with others that share the same concerns for their brain health. We create opportunities for peers to come together in creative environment to explore how they could improve their daily life.
